Can I pick up my order?
Sorry no.  We only do mail order at this time.

What method of shipping do you use?
US Postal priority, First class and UPS ground depending on the size and weight of the package.


When will my item ship?  
Within 1 business day of receiving your credit card or money order payment.

Personal checks will be held 10 business days before the order will be shipped.

Orders received after noon CST (central time) are shipped out the following business days.

We do not ship on major holidays or weekends.


How long will it take to reach me?  
2-3 business days priority mail,  2-5 business days First class mail or up to 2-5 business days for UPS ground depending on distance and class of shipment.

If you require expedited shipping please email for a shipping quote.  We will charge exact shipping costs.

Do you offer a warranty /  is my order refundable:  Yes.  30 day return policy from the date your item ships.   One year warranty on all parts.  Please email for support at any time and we would be happy to help you resolve any and all issue with your purchase!

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  Shipping is not refundable on non defective returns.    Email for any questions on the procedure for a return.

Do you Ship to APO address?   Yes.

Do you ship to PO BOX address?
 Yes.  This must be an address on your credit card or paypal account. You can add a ship to address on either by contacting your credit card company or adding an address to your paypal account.


We must have a phone number for PO BOX orders.
