1" NPT coupling Stainless steel 304 fitting. Some weld this to a kettle to install a standard replacement water heater element.

A water heater element will NOT thread all the way down. Water heater elements have a straight thread. You will need to use teflon tape or pipe dope to seal the element into a 1" NPT coupling.

Stock will vary on these couplings. Email for exact outer diameters and lengths if required.

NPT = National Pipe Tapered. A male NPT Thread will NOT thread all the way into female NPT thread.

Some thread will show when tightened down.
