Cooler weldless bulkhead kit

INSTALL INSTRUCTION FOR COOLER

NOTE: MEASURE YOUR COOLER WALL THICKNESS BEFORE ORDERING.

  We provide a guide to help you figure out which fitting to order.  If you have a very thin wall at the spigot you might need to order a keg style kit.

Convert your standard or thick wall cooler
This bulkhead is made of all stainless parts  and silicone o-rings.  All parts are 1/2" NPT  (pipe threads)  

Bulkhead comes with 1/2" Coupling, your choice of 1/2" nipple to fit your size cooler, 1/2" NPS locknut, a stainless shim washer and 2 silicone o-rings.

Choose your ball valve and hose barb options above.

Standard  option comes with a 1.5"long nipple.  Most common size.

Thick wall  option comes with a 2.0" long nipple.

Thicker wall option comes with a 2.5" long nipple.

The coupling provided is threaded inside to allow you to add a dip tube or strainer sold separately on this site.  Hose barbs fit 1/2" Inner diameter tubing

Requires a 13/16" - 7/8"  hole. 

OPTIONAL 3-piece ball valve now available
